Hazcat Quickcat DOT Hazard Classificaton Kit
This Kit quickly enables the end-user to Classify unknown substances into their DOT Hazard Classification for proper labeling prior to transportation. Seven tests performed on an Unknown Substance will tell you if you have a Flammable Liquid, Flammable Solid, Dangerous when Wet, Oxidizer, Corrosive, Explosive, Spontaneously Combustible, Poison, or Radioactive material.
The Quickcat DOT Hazard Classification Kit is an easy to use field hazard identification system for analyzing solid and liquid chemical unknowns. The accompanying manual has easy to follow directions. You don’t have to be a chemist to identify chemical hazards – if you can read, you can Hazcat!
Kit includes safety glasses, nitrile gloves and all the supplies necessary to set up a simple chemical hazard classification station in the field.
Has an easy to follow flowchart with instructions and explanation of results.
